We want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming setup, which is why we offer a 49-day return period for all Secretlab products in their original packaging. If your chair or desk isn't the perfect fit, our support team is here to assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is within the 49-day return window and remains in its original, unassembled condition with all packaging intact.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Secretlab Support Form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely disassemble and pack your product in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior before shipping it back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
